Kate Moss for Yves Saint Laurent Parisian - VERY SEXY!
Wow. I am absolutely losing my mind. It's moments like these that remind me of the simple truth that je suis amoureux avec le mode. This commercial is very Tom Ford for YSL...but, dare I say it, better. How is that possible. It has the uber-sexiness of a Ford campain but the softness and the texture of Pilati. I truly, with my whole heart, love YSL. It's just the most beautiful, sophisticated, intelligent and overwhelming sexy label there is out there. It isn't for every woman, but it's most definitely for me. R.I.P. Laurent.

Is Everyone Else Like Me...
...in that we're just waiting to see what magic Christophe is going to wield at Balmain this season? Parisian Fashion Week is my favorite of the four, mainly because I love every single designer that shows out of Paris...McQueen, McCartney, Lanvin, Vuitton, Laurent...but what I am most anticipating is the show for Balmain. What he has done the last few seasons has been extraordinary, and I am curious to see if he can top himself. C'est impossible, non? (fashionising)

This collection for Gucci is GOLD! This is the first collection since Ford that I have actually loved. You have no idea how excited I am right now...those bags!!! I need one immediately. And her evolution of leggings and the skinny jean is so completely fresh. I need a pair in EVERY color. I think the legging is something that's going to stick around for quite a while, which makes me EXTREMELY happy. All I can say is....OMG, OMG, OMG!

Keri Hilson Does NYC Fashion Week
You know, I am not normally a huge fan of hip-hop and R&B artists, but this year I feel like they have really been killing it. I'm normally all about the Dasha's, Mischa's and Victorias (Zhukova, Barton and Beckham) of the world. I am espessially a fan of Russian-chic...Russian women do it like no other, in my humble opinion. But this year, for whatever reason, I have been profiling alot of urban artists instead (Amber, Rihanna and Cassie). They have stepped their game up in such a major way that it's hard to ignore...which makes me proud (afro-latina!!!). Currently I am all about Keri Hilson...she looked amazing at MBFW. Let's keep it going...!

Happy first day of Autumn! Fall and Winter are two of my favorite seasons of the year. Just because you get to be super-cozy, which I love. Anyway, my big must have for the upcomming season, besides a new Seattle pad (still looking, lol) is a fur boa. You can't go wrong with one. Pair it with a fitted leather jacket or blazer and your good to go. Take a hint from Miucca Prada. She's got the right idea, lol.

Hong Kong is the most advanced city in the world, in my very humble opinion, when it comes to archectural innovation, which is a HUGE inspiration and motivational force in my life. Okay my fellow lovers of fashion...MB Fashion Week has officially kicked off. The first collection that I am absolutely loving is Donna Karan, but i love her every season. Sometimes, well most times, who am I kidding, I wish I were famous, just so I could afford to buy all these wonderful designer pieces and have somewhere to wear them to. the third from the last dress was MADE for me...she just doesn't know it yet. Noemie Lenoir would look amazing in the last look. The first look is very NYC...power job, power ego. Loving what I've seen thus far. BRING IT ON!!!
