A little insider information from me to you: If your going to be in New York, as will I for my annual b-day getaway (you just have to!), I definately recommend Stay, in midtown Manhattan. It's a newer hotel, and by new I mean brand, and there isn't a single detail they didn't consider. Plus, it's not going to cost you an arm and a leg to stay there. For one night, your looking at around $160, which is cheap by NYC standards. It's like staying at the W, but for a lot less. Plus, it's alot more original as well, seeing as it's semi "off-the-beaten-path" because it's "undiscovered". Undiscovered = Chic. This is true, you know.
